Power Across Texas Announces New Advisory Board Member And New Corporate Member.

We are very pleased to announce the addition of a new Advisory Board Member of Power Across Texas – Mr. Ralph Cavanagh. Ralph is a senior attorney and co-director of the Natural Resources Defense Council’s energy program.
