PUC Chair Nelson: “Nothing should be taken off the table yet.”

July 27, 2012 — At today’s PUC Open Meeting, Chair Donna Nelson clarified that while she does not support capacity markets, she believes that with reliability as the paramount concern, nothing should be taken off the table yet.
