February 15, 2013 – Austin, Texas

PUC Commissioner Rolando Pablos announced his resignation at today’s open meeting (effective after the March 1 open meeting that he plans to attend).  His term was set to expire at the end of August.  As you’d expect, some say this makes the resource adequacy issue (even more of) an open question.
